Central Railway has announced the running of additional 34 Holi special train services on key routes to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey for passengers during the Holi festival. Here’s a rundown of the special trains that will be operating:
1. CSMT- Banaras – CSMT Special (2 trips)
– This special train will depart from CSMT at 22.30 hrs on 13.03.2025 and arrive at Banaras at 05.30 hrs on the third day.
– The return journey will start from Banaras at 08.00 hrs on 15.03.2025 and reach CSMT at 13.30 hrs the next day.
2. CSMT- Mau- CSMT Special (2 trips)
– Departing from CSMT at 22.30 hrs on 12.03.2025, this train will reach Mau at 10.30 hrs on the third day.
– The return journey from Mau will commence at 17.00 hrs on 14.03.2025 and arrive at CSMT at 00.40 hrs on the third day.
3. LTT-Danapur-LTT Special (2 trips)
– Departing from LTT at 10.30 hrs on 10.03.2025, this train will reach Danapur at 18.45 hrs the next day.
– The return journey from Danapur will start at 21.30 hrs on 11.03.2025 and reach LTT at 04.50 hrs on the third day.
4. LTT- Madgaon-LTT Special (4 trips)
– This train will operate on 17.03.2025 & 24.03.2025 from LTT to Madgaon, and on 16.03.2025 & 23.03.2025 from Madgaon to LTT.
5. Panvel- Madgaon Special (4 trips)
– Operating on 15.03.2025 & 22.03.2025 from Panvel to Madgaon, and on the same dates in reverse.
6. Panvel- Chiplun-Panvel Unreserved Special (8 trips)
– Available from 13.03.2025 to 16.03.2025, this train offers unreserved seating between Panvel and Chiplun.
7. Pune – Danapur- Pune Special (2 trips)
– Departing from Pune at 19:55 hrs on 11.03.2025, this train will reach Danapur at 04.30 hrs on the third day.
8. Pune – Malda Town Special (2 trips)
– Operating on 23.03.2025 from Pune to Malda Town, and on 21.03.2025 from Malda Town to Pune.
9. Hadapsar– Hisar Special (4 trips)
– Traveling from Hadapsar to Hisar on 10.03.2025 & 17.03.2025, and in reverse on 09.03.2025 & 16.03.2025.
10. Kalaburagi- Sir M Visvesaraya Terminal Bengaluru Special (4 trips)
– Running from Kalaburagi to Bengaluru on 14.03.3025 & 15.03.2025, and in reverse on 13.03.3025 & 14.03.2025.
