Hey Pune peeps, get ready for some good news! Central Railway is coming to the rescue this Christmas with special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers. Here’s everything you need to know:
1. The 01407 Pune-Karmali weekly special will depart from Pune at 05.10 hrs every Wednesday from 25.12.2024 to 08.01.2025 (3 Trips) and will reach Karmali at 20.25 hrs on the same day.
2. The 01408 Karmali-Pune weekly special will leave Karmali at 22.20 hrs every Wednesday from 25.12.2024 to 08.01.2025 (3 Trips) and will arrive in Pune at 13.00 hrs the next day.
3. The trains will make halts at Chinchwad, Talegaon, Lonavala, Kalyan, Panvel, Pen, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road, and Thivim.
4. The composition of the trains will include 17 ICF Coaches: One First AC, One AC-2 Tier, Two AC-3 Tier, 5 Sleeper Class, and 8 General Second class including 2 Guard’s Brake Van.
5. Reservations for Train No. 01407 on special charges will open from 14.12.2024 at all computerized reservation centers and on the website www.irctc.co.in.
