Areas around rivers and dams, including Khadakwasla, Mulshi, and Pavana dams, are at risk of flooding due to the ongoing discharge of water. Specific locations such as Ekta Nagar, Dattawadi, Patil Estate, Yerwada, and others have been identified as potential danger zones. The NDRF, SDRF, and Army are being called upon to assist in the evacuation process.
With low-lying areas like Kapil Malhar, Baner, and Bavdhan also under close watch, the administration is working to establish shelter centres and provide displaced residents with necessary facilities.
