Despite these challenges, the Metro ridership has been steadily increasing, with over one lakh passengers using the service in July alone. Maha Metro officials are aware of these concerns and are actively working on solutions to enhance last-mile and feeder services. Currently, there are 13 feeder routes in operation, with plans to introduce more in the future. Additionally, efforts are being made to address the deficient auto services at Metro stations, with the introduction of share-an-auto services on the horizon.
