During the event, several initiatives were launched, including the Bharat Ranbhoomi Darshan App, which allows citizens to explore historical war zones. Singh also honored war widows and next of kin of brave soldiers, and laid the foundation stone for the Army Paralympic Node in Dighi.
The Defence Minister recognized the Bombay Engineering Group and Centre for their outstanding performance in the Army Day Parade. He also praised the Army for their contributions to disaster relief efforts, showcasing their dedication to service beyond the battlefield.
