- Dr. Diwase directed all relevant departments to focus on arrangements for attendees, including traffic management, parking facilities, sanitation, and provision of drinking water.
- Public transport services by PMPML will be increased on 31st December and 1st January to handle the expected influx of attendees, with the Police Department tasked with ensuring traffic regulation and law and order.
- The Public Works Department and Zilla Parishad’s construction division will repair roads leading to the venue, while medical staff and ambulances will be deployed for emergencies.
- A control room will be established at the venue to oversee operations, with discussions on beautification, lighting, stalls, traffic flow, waste disposal, fire emergency vehicles, disaster management, electricity, and drinking water.
- A special care area for women, Hirkani Kendra, will be set up at the venue, with senior officials and representatives from various departments attending the planning meeting.
- The focus is on ensuring a respectful, well-organised event that provides a memorable experience for all attendees at the Vijaystambh Tribute Program.
