Well, folks, it seems like the Pune-Solapur highway had quite the eventful night on the 6th of September. A container driver, who had a few too many drinks, decided to take matters into his own hands after being denied food at a hotel in Hingangaon, Indapur Taluka, Pune.
This driver was not messing around – after being told that the hotel was closed, he went on a rampage. He first took out his frustration on two four-wheelers parked outside the establishment, leaving them severely damaged. But that wasn’t enough for him. No, he then drove his massive container straight into the hotel building, causing even more chaos and destruction.
Thankfully, no one was hurt in this wild incident, but the property damage was definitely significant. Eyewitnesses were shocked by the driver’s reckless behavior and tried to stop him, but he was on a mission. Eventually, the police were called, and the driver was taken into custody.
It’s a good thing that the authorities were able to apprehend this driver before things got even more out of hand. Let’s hope that justice is served and that incidents like this are not repeated on our busy highways. Stay safe out there, folks!
