The peak demand season for strawberries usually falls around Christmas, with Pune’s Market Yard playing a crucial role in supplying to major cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Goa, Gujarat, and Delhi.
Traders at Market Yard are excited about the early arrivals and are optimistic about a strong season ahead. With demand expected to be high, tourists destinations are likely to see a steady flow of strawberries in the coming months, benefiting both consumers and traders.
