Hey folks, have you heard about the shocking incident that took place in Koregaon Park, Pune? A 15-year-old boy employed as a caretaker allegedly robbed an 80-year-old man at knifepoint in Agrasen Society. Can you believe it?

According to Senior Police Inspector Runal Mulla, the victim had hired the minor boy just 20 days ago to assist him as a caretaker. But it seems like the boy had other plans in mind. With no relatives visiting the elderly man’s house, the boy allegedly saw an opportunity and decided to carry out the robbery.

On January 1, between 7 and 8 p.m., the boy forced the elderly man into his bedroom at knifepoint, tied him up, and stole ₹32,000 in cash and two mobile phones before making a run for it. But don’t worry, the man managed to free himself and alert his neighbors, who quickly called the police.

Thanks to some technical wizardry, the police were able to track the minor down to a train heading to Madhya Pradesh. With the help of the Bhusawal police, the accused was apprehended within 12 hours of the incident.

It’s a good thing the police acted swiftly in this case. Let’s hope justice is served and incidents like these are prevented in the future. Stay safe out there, everyone!
