Hey there, folks in Mumbai and Pune! Exciting news for all you train travelers out there. The railways have decided to extend the run of special trains to help clear the extra rush of passengers. Here’s what you need to know:
1. Solapur-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus weekly Special:
The special train (01435/01436) between Solapur and LTT (Mumbai) will now run till 24th September 2024 with 8 extra trips. So mark your calendars for every Tuesday and Wednesday!
2. Pune-Kolhapur Daily Special:
If you’re traveling between Pune and Kolhapur, you’re in luck. The daily special train (01023/01024) has been extended till 30th September 2024 with a whopping 92 extra trips each way.
3. Pune-Harangul Daily Special:
And for those heading to Harangul from Pune, the daily special train (01487/01488) will now run till 30th September 2024 with an additional 92 trips in both directions.
No need to worry about changes in days of run, timings, composition, or halts. Everything stays the same for your convenience.
Ready to book your tickets? Reservations for the extended trips of these special trains will open on 30th June 2024. You can do so at any computerised reservation centre or online at www.irctc.co.in.
