Hey there, folks! Today we’ve got a shocking story coming out of Loni Kalbhor – turns out a fake doctor has been practicing medicine in the area for the past five years! Can you believe it?

The alleged fake doctor, Prakash Ranganath Torane, who is 63-years-old and a resident of Loni Kalbhor, was apparently only a 10th-grade pass. Yikes! The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) officer, Dr. Rupali Raghunath Bhangale, caught wind of this and filed a complaint against him.

Torane was running a clinic in Loni Kalbhor where he saw a ton of patients, many of whom were dealing with health issues made worse by climate change. But get this – he didn’t even have a legit medical degree! The clinic had his name plastered all over it, but there was no mention of any qualifications. Suspicious, right?

After a tip-off from a concerned citizen, the Health Department went in for a closer look. Turns out, Torane wasn’t registered with the Maharashtra Medical Council and had only finished high school. Despite all this, he was treating all sorts of illnesses, including epidemic diseases, for the past half-decade.

Patients were lining up outside his clinic for treatment, but little did they know they were being seen by someone who wasn’t even a real doctor. The investigation is ongoing, led by Assistant Police Inspector Pawar of Loni Kalbhor Police Station.

So, folks, the lesson here is to always check your doctor’s credentials before getting treated. You never know who might be posing as a healthcare professional! Stay safe out there.
