Fake Ticket Collector Arrested on Pune-Danapur Express Thanks to Passenger’s Vigilance

1. A young man was arrested for impersonating a Ticket Collector on the Pune-Danapur Express, extorting money from passengers.
2. The incident was uncovered thanks to the vigilance of a passenger who noticed the suspicious behavior.
3. The suspect, identified as Dinanath Shivshankar Sah, did not possess any identification cards and provided vague answers when questioned.
4. Sah, a resident of Deccan, Pune, and originally from District Godda, Jharkhand, was detained from the train compartment.
5. A case was filed against Sah for impersonation and fraud following a complaint by a passenger named Mohammad Rafiq.
6. Sah was produced in court and has been sent to Yerwada Central Jail.
7. The operation was carried out by a team of police officers under the guidance of Police Inspector Rajendra Gaikwad of Daund Railway Station.
