- The project is expected to provide housing for 5,500 police personnel and 160 shops, with the investment ensuring timely completion without financial risks.
- Devendra Fadnavis expressed his satisfaction with the foreign investment and the signing of the term sheet, stating that police personnel will soon have their own homes.
- Kaustubh Dhavse praised the efforts of Rural Enhancers in facilitating the term sheet and expressed confidence in completing the necessary technical and legal formalities.
- Bharat Kumar Rane, Chairman of the Maharashtra Police Mega City Corporation, acknowledged the guidance of DCM Devendra Fadnavis in reviving the stalled project and mentioned plans to allocate homes to all flatholders at their original prices.
