In a shocking incident in Wadgaon Sheri, Pune, two youths were attacked by a gang with a koyta due to a past dispute. Uddesh Vilash Shingare and Yash Tarage are currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital after sustaining injuries in the attack. The incident took place on August 6th near Satyam Serenity, where the gang of 10 individuals on five two-wheelers confronted the youths and demanded information about someone named Vishwya.
The gang proceeded to abuse Shingare and then attacked him with a koyta. When Tarage tried to intervene, he too was assaulted. The commotion attracted the attention of nearby residents, who were also threatened by the gang. The police have registered a case of attempted murder at Chandan Nagar Police Station and Assistant Police Inspector Siddhanath Khandekar is leading the investigation.
