Hey Pune folks, some juicy news coming your way! The government is not messing around in the Kalyani Nagar accident case, where blood samples were allegedly altered and evidence destroyed. Nine accused, including the parents of the child involved, a doctor from Sassoon, and others, are facing charges and a trial might be on the horizon.
The special public prosecutor, Shishir Hire, is on the case and has filed an application seeking charges against all the accused. The list of accused includes big names like construction businessman Vishal Agarwal and his wife Shivani, as well as doctors and other individuals involved in the alleged cover-up.
But wait, there’s more drama unfolding! Arunkumar Devnath Singh, who allegedly asked someone to donate blood in place of the child’s, has not been charged yet. Once his charge sheet is filed, a joint hearing against all the accused will take place.
