1. Manufacturing Expansion: Harshdeep Hortico, with manufacturing plants in Bhiwandi and Pune, is focusing on expanding its Pune facility. The company plans to add 12,000 square feet to the existing plant, increasing the total area to over 50,000 square feet. This expansion will accommodate a new product line of shade nets with an expected annual production capacity of 210,000 kilograms.
2. New Showrooms: To strengthen its national footprint, Harshdeep is set to open new showrooms in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. Additionally, the company will relocate its Delhi showroom to a larger space to accommodate increasing customer traffic and cater to growing institutional demand.
3. Introducing New Product Segments: Harshdeep recently launched the Eco series planters made from sustainable materials like rice husk and natural fibers, as well as roto-moulded garden furniture. The company is also finalizing plans to introduce shade nets as part of its new product segment.
4. Warehouse Facility in Bengaluru: Harshdeep is establishing a warehousing facility in Bengaluru to enhance distribution efficiency and meet regional demand in Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana.
