Hey there, folks! Today we’ve got a shocking story coming out of Wanowrie that has left everyone in disbelief. A 32-year-old journalist from Delhi has come forward accusing an Indian Air Force Squadron Leader of repeated sexual assault. Can you believe it?

This 35-year-old officer, currently stationed at AFMC in Pune, allegedly assaulted the journalist multiple times at a private lodge and his bachelor pad. Talk about a betrayal of trust!

So how did this all unfold? Well, it seems the journalist met the officer through a defence matrimonial website back in December 2024. They hit it off, exchanged numbers, and started chatting on WhatsApp. Things seemed to be going well until she traveled to Pune to meet him in person.

But instead of a romantic rendezvous, she claims he sexually assaulted her at his AFMC accommodation. Yikes. The next day, he promised marriage but then started dodging her calls and making empty promises. Sounds like a real stand-up guy, right?

Determined to get some answers, the journalist returned to Pune to confront him. But instead of a heart-to-heart, he allegedly abused her, admitted he had no intention of marrying her, and even mentioned a contract marriage just to divorce her later. Talk about cold-hearted!

After yet another alleged assault, the journalist finally went to the police for help. And while the case has been registered, the accused is still on the loose. But fear not, Police Sub-Inspector Pallavi Doke is on the case and leading the investigation.

Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story. It’s a real eye-opener about the dangers of online relationships and false promises. Let’s hope justice is served for this brave journalist.
