Well, well, well, it seems like things are heating up in Pune! Trainee IAS officer Puja Khedkar’s parents are in hot water after allegedly threatening farmers with a pistol over a land dispute in Mulshi taluka. Yikes!
According to Pune Rural SP Pankaj Deshmukh, the Khedkar couple is currently on the run, making it difficult for the police to get in touch with them. Multiple teams are out searching for them in Pune and nearby areas where they have properties. If they aren’t found soon, the police will have no choice but to start the arrest process.
The whole incident went down in Dhadwali village last year, and it was caught on video. Manorama Khedkar, Puja’s mother, was seen waving around a licensed pistol and scaring the farmers. The video went viral, and the farmers wasted no time in filing a complaint, leading to the FIR being registered.
