Delhi-NCR led the pack in terms of the most Uber trips in 2024, with Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune following closely behind. Kochi stood out for its exceptional rider etiquette, earning the highest average ratings of 4.90 out of 5.
Uber made significant strides in sustainability by clocking 8.5 million hours in eco-friendly rides, with 170 million kilometers traveled in electric vehicles. The platform also saw record-breaking days, with October 9 setting the highest number of rides in a single day and December being the busiest month.
Intercity rides were also a highlight, with one rider covering a record-breaking 1,747 kilometers in a single trip from Noida to Sasaram and back. The Taj Mahal remained the most popular tourist destination for intercity rides.
