Residents of NIBM road, Mohammadwadi, Kondhwa, are currently dealing with a major road accessibility issue. One out of six major roads in the area has been closed for construction for an extended period of time, causing frustration among locals. The road from Clover Hills to Clover Hills Plaza, which was being revamped to reduce the gradient, has finally reopened after more than six months of closure.

Despite this positive development, several other roads in the area are still under construction, leading to ongoing inconvenience for residents. From Sunshree Kangan to Cloud 9 to Dorabjee Paradise Bungalow Society to KP Stellar, the list of incomplete or closed roads goes on. Local residents, along with Pune Pulse, have been actively engaging with the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to push for timely completion of these projects and ensure smoother travel for all.

The recent reopening of the NIBM Mohammadwadi Undri road is a step in the right direction, but there is still work to be done to address the various road construction issues plaguing the area. Let’s hope that the PMC listens to the concerns of the residents and takes swift action to resolve these ongoing problems.
