Hey Pune folks! Big news coming your way from the Vadgaon Maval Civil Court. Senior Civil Judge Rahul Shinde just made a ruling that has Dharmendra and Hema Malini fans cheering. The power couple’s claim to cancel the purchase deed of land in Maval taluka, Pune district has been rejected by the court.

The whole saga started when Malachaya Natavani Kelela, the original owner’s grandson, decided to challenge the sale of the land way back in 1985. Dharmendra and Hema Malini had purchased the land from Shrikant Khire, who had acquired it from Vasant Mankar, Shivaji Mankar, and Yamunabai Jambhulkar. But Kisan Mankar, the grandson of the original owner, wasn’t having it and claimed the sale was invalid.

In court, the power couple was represented by top-notch lawyers Amit Rathi, Raju Shinde, and Aditya Jadhav. Advocate Rathi argued that the claim was baseless since so much time had passed since the original sale. He pointed out that no legal action had been taken for 37 years after the purchase deed was signed in 1985. Essentially, he called it a tactic to stir up trouble.

The court dug deep into the history of the land and found that the sale deed to Khire was totally legit. There was no funny business going on, as claimed by the other side. After weighing all the arguments, the court ruled in favor of Dharmendra and Hema Malini, confirming the validity of their purchase deed.

So, it looks like the land is staying put with the power couple. Sorry, Kisan Mankar, better luck next time!
