Lemon Tree Hotels, a leading hospitality chain, has recently announced a new addition to its portfolio with the upcoming launch of a Lemon Tree Hotel in Pune, Maharashtra. The hotel is set to be managed by Carnation Hotels, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, and is expected to open its doors in FY 2026.

The new property will feature 72 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and other leisure facilities to enhance guest experience. The strategic location of the hotel will offer excellent road connectivity for both public and private transport, making it convenient for guests to access.

Vilas Pawar, CEO of Managed & Franchise Business at Lemon Tree Hotels, expressed excitement about the expansion, stating, “Being the Spiritual Capital of India, Ujjain is on the must-visit list for pilgrims, and we are thrilled to expand our presence in the city. This opening will be in addition to our four existing and two upcoming hotels in the state.”

Lemon Tree Hotels is known for its diverse range of brands, including Lemon Tree Hotel, Lemon Tree Premier, Red Fox Hotel, Aurika, Keys Select, Keys Prima, and Keys Lite. Despite a 15.55% decline in consolidated net profit to ₹19.81 crore in Q1 FY25, the company saw a significant increase in revenue from operations, reaching ₹268.02 crore.

In the stock market, shares of Lemon Tree Hotels closed at ₹130.25 on 12 September 2024, marking a 0.38% decrease. The new property launch in Pune, Maharashtra, further underscores Lemon Tree Hotels’ commitment to growth and providing quality hospitality experiences to guests across India.
