Hey Pune folks, it looks like things are heating up in the city! The IMD just released some sizzling hot updates on the temperatures across the district today.
Shirur took the crown for the hottest spot in Pune, hitting a scorching 38.7°C. But they weren’t alone in feeling the heat – Lonavala came in at 38.1°C, Talegaon at 37.6°C, and Koregaon Park at 37.5°C. Looks like we’re all in the same boat here!
If you thought you could escape the heat in Lavale or Dudulgaon, think again – they clocked in at 36.8°C. Chinchwad, Magarpatta, and Dhamdhere weren’t far behind, with temperatures hovering around 36°C. Even Shivajinagar and NDA felt the burn at 35.8°C. And let’s not forget Lohgaon at 35.7°C, or Pashan and Wadgaon Sheri at 35.3°C and 35.0°C, respectively.
But don’t fret if you’re feeling the heat – Nimgiri, Lavasa, and Bhor reported slightly cooler temperatures at 32.6°C, 32.7°C, and 32.7°C. Might be a good time to head over there for some relief!
Looking ahead, the weather forecast for Pune shows a mainly clear sky from February 20-22. Things might get a bit cloudier from February 23-25, so keep an eye out for some shade.
