Hey there, folks! It’s been quite a shocking night in Pune, as a dispute over a bill at a pub on Sinhagad Road turned deadly. A man named Gotya, also known as Amol Shejwal, lost his life in the unfortunate incident.

So here’s what went down – Shejwal and his buddies were having a good time at the Classic Bar near Vadgaon Bridge when things took a turn for the worse. An argument erupted between Shejwal and the bar’s manager over the bill, and before anyone knew it, things got physical.

In the heat of the moment, the bar’s bouncer decided to take matters into his own hands (literally) and grabbed a hammer from a nearby puncture shop. Tragically, he struck Shejwal on the head, causing fatal injuries. Despite efforts to save him, Shejwal passed away before he could receive medical treatment.

The authorities wasted no time in responding to the incident. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone 3) Sambhaji Kadam, Senior Police Inspector Anandrao Khobare, and Police Inspector Raghavendra Kshirsagar were quick to arrive at the scene. Three individuals, including the bouncer involved in the altercation, have been detained in connection with the case.

A murder charge has been filed against the suspects, and the investigation is ongoing. Stay tuned for more updates on this tragic event. Stay safe out there, Pune!
