Hey guys, have you heard about the latest scandal involving a project manager from MHADA in Pune? Well, let me fill you in on all the juicy details.

So, it all went down at the Status Family Rest-O-Bar in Sadhu Vaswani Chowk, where Abhijit Venkatarao Jichkar, a project manager at MHADA, was caught red-handed by the Pune ACB. Apparently, he was caught accepting a hefty bribe from a 60-year-old man who had won a house through a MHADA lottery.

The whole ordeal started when the complainant needed some help with the additional costs associated with the house he won. Jichkar saw this as an opportunity to demand a bribe of two lakh rupees for the reallocation and issuance of an RTGS challan. But that’s not all – he even wanted an extra Rs 50,000 for himself!

Thankfully, the ACB was on top of things and set up a sting operation at the restaurant where the deal was supposed to go down. Jichkar was nabbed on the spot while accepting the bribe, and now he’s facing some serious charges under the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The whole operation was led by some top-notch officials, including Superintendent of Police Amol Tambe and Additional Superintendent of Police Dr. Sheetal Janve. And let’s not forget about Police Inspector Virnath Mane, who’s currently digging deeper into this scandal.

Looks like corruption doesn’t pay off in the end, huh? Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story!
