Hey there, folks! Here’s a crazy story that happened over the weekend near Torna Fort. A tourist bus carrying 25 passengers had a close call when it nearly tumbled into a 100-foot-deep gorge. Talk about a heart-stopping moment!
Luckily, the bus managed to stop its descent after hitting a tree, which probably saved everyone from a major disaster. Two passengers ended up with minor injuries but were quickly taken care of at Velhe Rural Hospital. The rest of the group got away without a scratch.
Apparently, the group from Badlapur was on their way to Torna Fort in a mini-bus when things took a scary turn. The driver lost control while trying to reverse on a tricky curve near the parking area. The bus then went off the road and ended up hanging precariously in the branches of a tree.
It’s no surprise that the road to Torna Fort is known for being pretty dicey. Narrow, winding paths and no protective barriers? Yikes! Definitely not for the faint of heart.
