Hey there, folks! Mubarak Ansari here with some breaking news from Pune. The Crime Branch of Pune City Police has made a major arrest today in connection with a tragic incident that occurred in Kalyani Nagar on May 19.
According to Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar, the mother of a minor whose speeding Porsche killed two IT professionals has been taken into custody. Shivani Agarwal is set to appear in court today to face charges related to the incident.
But that’s not all – the accused minor driver’s father, Vishal Agarwal, who is the owner of Bramha Realty and Infrastructure, and his grandfather, Surendra Kumar Agarwal, have also been arrested. They are being accused of allowing the minor to drink and drive, as well as pressuring their family driver to take the blame for the accident.
In a shocking twist, it has been discovered that the teen’s blood sample for the alcohol test was tampered with at Sassoon Hospital. Instead of using the minor’s sample, his mother’s blood sample was sent to the forensic science lab (FSL), which came back negative for alcohol content.
