Hey there Pune peeps! Today we’ve got some juicy political news coming your way. NCP (AP) MLA Chetan Tupe is in a bit of a pickle as he faces challenges in the upcoming elections for the Hadapsar Assembly segment.

Seems like all the corporators from his area, including Magarpatta-Sadesatra Nali-Mundhwa, have jumped ship to the NCP (SP). And to make matters worse, his opponent Prashant Jagtap is also from the NCP (SP). Ouch, talk about a tough crowd!

The Hadapsar segment is crucial, with a large number of Muslim and Dalit voters. It’s shaping up to be a triangular contest between Tupe, Jagtap, and MNS candidate Sainath Babar. And with most of the corporators from the area now backing Sharad Pawar’s faction, Tupe is definitely feeling the pressure.

Tupe had initially tried to join the NCP (SP) but was left out in the cold when the party decided to put its trust in Jagtap. Jagtap has proven himself as a leader, rallying other aspirants and even convincing a rebel candidate from the Shiv Sena (UBT) to withdraw his nomination. Looks like Tupe’s got his work cut out for him!

The Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) has been making waves in the political scene, and the upcoming elections in Hadapsar are sure to be a nail-biter. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting political showdown!
