With the State Assembly elections in Pune just around the corner, candidates are leaving no stone unturned in their efforts to connect with voters. In the Parvati Assembly constituency, NCP (SP) candidate Ashwini Kadam took a unique approach by visiting Sarasbaug at 6 am on Thursday morning to engage with citizens who were out for their morning walk.

During her visit, Kadam had the opportunity to speak with residents and listen to their concerns and issues. She emphasized the importance of dialogue in understanding the needs of the people and finding solutions to their problems. Kadam stated, “One comes to know issues faced by citizens through a dialogue. It gives one energy to find solutions to them. Though the word ‘Samvad’ is short, it has lots of strength. Therefore, I have been trying to have a dialogue with the people.”

With only 11 days left for campaigning, candidates like Ashwini Kadam are making every effort to connect with voters and address their concerns. The upcoming State Assembly elections are sure to be a closely contested affair, and candidates are pulling out all the stops to secure the support of the people in Pune.
