Well, folks, it seems like Christmas travel plans turned into a nightmare for over 100 passengers booked on SpiceJet’s Pune-Goa flight SG-185. Can you imagine being stranded at Pune airport for nearly nine hours on Christmas Day? Talk about a holiday headache!

Aniket Pande, one of the unlucky passengers stuck at the airport with his family, shared his frustrating experience. From multiple flight delays to unclear communication from the airline staff, it was a day filled with continuous setbacks for him and his fellow travelers. And to top it off, some passengers even had to cancel their trips altogether.

But the drama didn’t stop there. Kanika Verma, who had flown on the same aircraft from Delhi to Pune earlier that day, described a turbulent descent into Pune that left a cabin crew member injured. Yikes! Talk about adding insult to injury.

Despite the turbulence and delays, Amit Kumar, another passenger on the Delhi-Pune flight, expressed relief when the plane finally landed safely in Pune. Phew! At least everyone made it to the ground in one piece.

A SpiceJet spokesperson confirmed the turbulence incident and its impact on subsequent flights, citing minor injuries to cabin crew members as the reason for the delays. While the airline did provide refreshments to the stranded passengers, it seems like the gesture did little to ease their frustrations.

So, there you have it, folks. A Christmas travel fiasco that left many passengers feeling stranded and disappointed. Here’s hoping their next flight is a smoother ride!
