In a recent shake-up within the Pune Police Commissionerate, nine Police Inspectors (PIs) have been internally transferred by Commissioner of Police Amitesh Kumar. The reshuffling of PIs from various police stations includes officers from Yerwada, Chandan Nagar, Lonikand, Deccan Gymkhana, Uttam Nagar, Pune Cyber Police Station, Kalyan, and the Traffic Police Branch.
Some of the notable transfers include Santosh Uttamrao Patil moving from Sr PI at Yerwada Police Station to Sr PI at the Special Branch, and Manisha Hemant Patil being transferred from Sr PI at Chandan Nagar Police Station to Sr PI at the Special Branch. Other transfers include Kailas Shankar Kare, Vipin Vyankatesh Hasabnis, Yusuf Nabisab Shaikh, Minal Vilas Supe Patil, Ganesh Rangnath Ugale, Arjun Govind Botre, and Seema Sudhirkumar Dhakane, each moving to different roles within the police force.
These transfers come as part of routine administrative changes within the police department to ensure the efficient functioning of the force.
