Lonavala, 12th August 2024: Lonavala Sub-Division Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Satyasai Karthik is cracking down on illegal businesses in the area. Recently, two Orchestra Bars, Deepa Bar and Restaurant in Kamshet and Flavours Family AC Restaurant and Bar in Vadgaon Maval, were found violating time regulations set by the Pune Rural Police Force.
ASP Karthik and his team conducted raids on these establishments on 10th August and discovered that they were serving food and liquor beyond the permitted hours. Legal action has been taken, and cases have been registered under the Maharashtra Police Act of 1951. The Kamshet and Vadgaon Maval Police Stations are currently investigating the matter.
ASP Karthik is dedicated to ensuring that businesses in the area adhere to the time restrictions imposed by the police. He has the full support of Pune Rural Superintendent of Police Pankaj Deshmukh and Additional Superintendent of Police Ramesh Chopade. This operation was successfully carried out under ASP Satyasai Karthik’s leadership, and more such actions are expected in the future to maintain law and order in Lonavala.
