Over 10,445 kg of Waste Collected in Clean-Up Drive; PCMC Calls for Citizen Participation in Pimpri Chinchwad

1. Clean Maharashtra and Bharat Abhiyan (Urban) initiative focuses on cleaning water bodies like rivers, lakes, and ghats.
2. Municipal Commissioner Shekhar Singh leads the cleanliness drive in PCMC regional offices.
3. Mamurdi Pavana River Ghat, Chinchwadgaon Thergaon Bridge, Kiwale Mahadev Temple, and other locations collect 3,985 kg of waste.

5. 1,500 kg of waste collected at Mhatoba Temple in Wakad.

8. 1,690 kg of waste removed from Fugewadi, Kasarwadi, Pavana Ghat, and Harris Bridge.
9. Total collection of 10,445 kg of waste reported by Health Executive Officer Ganesh Deshpande.
10. Deputy Commissioner Sachin Pawar urges citizens to actively participate in waste management efforts.
