In Peth No. 12, there are 47 flats in the EWS Category (1 BHK) and 614 flats in the LIG Category (2 BHK). Meanwhile, in Peth Nos. 30-32, there are 347 flats in the EWS Category (1 RK) and 329 flats in the LIG Category (1 BHK).
Applications for these flats started on October 12, 2024, and already, a whopping 4,861 citizens have registered on the official portal. Of those, 1,717 applicants have even paid their deposit amounts, according to Dr. Dnyaneshwar Bhale, the Public Relations Officer of PMRDA.
