Hey there, folks! If you thought your last flight delay was bad, think again. Passengers of an Air India Express flight from Delhi to Pune had quite the ordeal recently when their journey was delayed by over 10 hours. Can you imagine sitting on a plane for nearly seven-and-a-half hours without taking off? Yikes!

The flight was supposed to leave at 9:40 p.m. on Friday but didn’t actually get off the ground until 7:30 a.m. the next day. That’s a long time to be stuck in one place, especially when you’re eager to get to your destination.

One passenger, Ambadas Gawande, shared his experience of the chaotic situation. He mentioned that the crew blamed poor visibility caused by fog for the initial delay. Fair enough, right? But as time went on, the frustration among passengers, especially the senior citizens on board, started to boil over.

Despite understanding the weather conditions, passengers couldn’t wrap their heads around why they weren’t allowed to leave the plane for more comfortable seating. After hours of waiting, they were finally asked to deboard at 5:30 a.m., only to be shuttled around in buses and sent back through security for another two hours before reboarding the same plane.

To make matters worse, the foggy weather caused delays at multiple airports, further complicating travel plans for everyone involved. And to top it off, passengers at Pune airport were left without proper seating, with some resorting to sitting on the floor.

While Air India Express has yet to comment on the incident, passengers are calling for better communication and facilities during such lengthy delays. Let’s hope this serves as a wake-up call for airlines to treat their passengers with more care and consideration in the future. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story!
