Hey there, folks! In some news from Thane district, it looks like authorities have cracked down on unauthorised schools. Yep, you heard it right—88 schools, to be exact. Out of these, 64 are primary schools and 24 are secondary schools. And guess what? Legal action is already in the works for 41 of them. Looks like they’re not messing around!
But wait, the action doesn’t stop there. Over in Latur district, fines have been slapped on illegal schools as per the rules. It’s all about following the regulations, folks.
Minister Bhuse is on top of things, making it clear that instructions have been given to deal with these unauthorised schools. Schools that were set up before 2013 and are in line with the 2010 Government Resolution and the Maharashtra Self-Financed Schools Act, 2012, are currently under inspection. And get this—proposals are being made for their approval. On the other hand, schools that came into existence after 2013 are being evaluated based on the law. If they don’t meet the requirements, they’re getting the boot.
But hey, don’t worry about the students from these closed schools. They’re being accommodated in nearby institutions to make sure their education continues uninterrupted. Looks like the authorities are serious about keeping things in check when it comes to education. Good on them!
