– Height Restriction: Keep it under 40 feet unless you’ve got a stability certificate from a legit structural engineer for a taller structure.
– Road Safety: Emergency vehicles need a clear path, so don’t block those roads with your fancy pavilions and arches.
– Environmental Guidelines: Go green with eco-friendly Ganesha idols and follow the Pollution Control Act and state government’s guidelines to keep Mother Nature happy.
– Post-Festival Clean-Up: It’s your responsibility to clean up within three days of the festival ending. Fix any road damage pronto.
– Noise Pollution: Keep the decibels in check to avoid any noise complaints.
