You have until 12th November 2024 to submit your application, so don’t wait too long! The prices for these flats vary depending on the category and size. For example, a 1 BHK flat in the EWS category will cost you Rs 15,74,424, while a 2 BHK flat in the LIG category is priced at Rs 35,57,200.

To apply, you’ll need to pay a deposit of Rs 5,000 for EWS category flats and Rs 10,000 for LIG category flats. The online application fee is Rs 708, which includes GST. And remember, the entire lottery process is done through a computerized system to ensure fairness.
