Hey Pune peeps, looks like the PMRDA is cracking down on unauthorized construction in Hinjawadi and Manjari areas! The builders were given notices to stop their illegal construction, but when they didn’t listen, PMRDA had to take action. Two builders have now been booked for their unauthorized activities.
Hinjawadi police station is not messing around either, as they registered a case against an unauthorized construction worker in the area. And in Hadapsar, a woman is facing legal trouble for her unauthorized construction project.
The PMRDA is urging all property owners in the region to make sure they have the proper permissions before starting any construction. Deputy Collector Deepti Suryavanshi-Patil is leading the charge in putting a stop to these unauthorized activities, warning that punitive action will be taken if the rules are not followed.
So let this be a lesson to all – always get the proper permissions before starting any construction projects in Pune!
