Hey there, folks! Today we’ve got some shocking news coming out of Pune’s Kalyani Nagar. A drunk minor was involved in a tragic incident where two young IT engineers lost their lives due to speeding in a Porsche. Can you believe it?

What’s even more unbelievable is that this minor was granted bail within just 15 hours of the incident. The Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) in Pune ordered the minor to write a 300-word essay and imposed some other simple disciplinary actions. But this decision didn’t sit well with the public and drew national attention.

The Principal Magistrate of the JJB Pune, MP Pardeshi, faced heavy criticism for this controversial decision. In response, Pardeshi has been transferred, with the Registrar General of the Bombay High Court issuing the order last Friday.

The Juvenile Justice Board in Pune, which includes Pardeshi, Dr. L. N. Danawade, and K. T. Thorat, has come under fire following this incident. Danawade and Thorat are government-appointed non-judicial members who are also facing scrutiny.

The tragic accident took place on 19th May in Kalyani Nagar, and the minor involved is the son of a builder. Initially granted bail, the minor’s release was met with disapproval from Maharashtra’s Home Minister, Devendra Fadnavis. In response to the backlash, the minor’s bail has since been revoked, and he is now being held in an observation home.

Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story as we continue to follow the aftermath of this heartbreaking incident. Stay safe out there, Pune!
