The Hindu community in Bangladesh is facing a wave of violence and discrimination, and the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti is not staying silent about it. Today, a protest called the Hindu Rashtra-Jagruti Andolan took place in Shivajinagar, with over 250 people coming together to demand action from the Indian government.
The protesters highlighted the numerous atrocities being committed against Hindus in Bangladesh, including murders, lootings, and the destruction of temples. They called on the Indian government to step in and ensure the safety of Bangladeshi Hindus, as well as raise the issue on the international stage.
Carrying signs with powerful messages like ‘Protect the Hindus in Bangladesh and give them protection’ and ‘Boycott Bangladeshi products,’ the demonstrators formed a human chain to bring attention to the plight of their fellow Hindus across the border. Various Hindutva organizations joined forces for the cause, showing solidarity and support for their persecuted brothers and sisters.
