Hey there, folks! Looks like things took a dangerous turn on JM Road in Pune yesterday when a tree branch decided to play a game of “falling on unsuspecting pedestrians.”
Poor Aditya Shivaji Saudagar, just 23 years old, was minding his own business at the PMPML bus stop when BAM! A tree branch decided to crash his party. Ouch. Aditya was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment, and we’re sending him all our best wishes for a speedy recovery.
But wait, this isn’t the first time JM Road has played host to such a dangerous game. Remember Abhijeet? Yeah, he lost his life in a similar accident near Shree Omkareshwar Temple not too long ago. And let’s not forget the lady on her two-wheeler who narrowly escaped a similar fate back in February. JM Road seems to have a thing for tree branches falling in the wrong place at the wrong time.
All these incidents have got the citizens of Pune pointing fingers at the PMC’s Garden Department. Looks like they’ve got some explaining to do. Stay safe out there, folks, and watch out for those rogue tree branches!
