Hey Pune peeps, guess what? The Pune Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has caught someone red-handed trying to bribe an Assistant Police Inspector! Hasan Ali Gulab Bartakke, a 45-year-old resident of Tadiwala Road, was nabbed for trying to pay Rs 2,000 to get some help with a registered crime.
It seems like Hasan Ali was pretty persistent in his attempts to bribe the Assistant Police Inspector, Nandkumar Kadam. But thankfully, Kadam did the right thing and reported the matter to the ACB. A case has been registered against Hasan Ali at the Bund Garden Police Station and Kadam is on the case, investigating further.
The ACB wasted no time in taking action and caught Hasan Ali in the act, trying to bribe Kadam at the Bund Garden Police Station premises. Looks like Hasan Ali’s plans to influence the investigation didn’t quite work out as he had hoped.
Let this be a lesson to anyone thinking about greasing palms to get their way – the law will catch up to you! Kudos to Assistant Police Inspector Kadam for standing up against corruption. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
