Big changes are coming to Pune Airport starting March 5, with all flights being shifted to the newly constructed terminal building. The new terminal, which already handles over 90% of flights, is equipped with 10 aerobridges and can accommodate up to 9 million passengers annually.
In other news, the issue of stray dogs on the airport premises has been addressed by the Pune Municipal Corporation, following an incident where a stray dog was run over by a SpiceJet aircraft. The airport authorities are working with the PMC to resolve this issue.
