2. IMD predicts above-normal minimum temperatures for most of India in February 2025, except for parts of Northwest and South Peninsular India.
3. Maximum temperatures to be normal to above normal in most areas, with below-normal maximum temperatures expected in West Central and Southern Peninsular India.
4. Weak La Niña conditions currently prevailing over the equatorial Pacific, with below-normal sea surface temperatures in the central and eastern Pacific Ocean.
5. La Niña conditions expected to persist until April 2025, followed by a transition to ENSO-neutral conditions.
