  4. Weak La Niña conditions currently prevailing over the equatorial Pacific, with below-normal sea surface temperatures in the central and eastern Pacific Ocean.
  5. La Niña conditions expected to persist until April 2025, followed by a transition to ENSO-neutral conditions.
