5. However, on 19th March, the Sessions Court granted bail to Oswal.
6. Ahuja reportedly fled to Karad after the incident but later surrendered to the police.
7. Ahuja had changed the number plate of his BMW car to evade authorities, but police have since seized the vehicle.
8. Gaurav Ahuja and his father, Manoj Ahuja, have previous criminal records including cricket betting and extortion.
9. The Ahuja family, originally in the lottery business, now owns a hotel in Pune and is allegedly involved in illegal cricket betting operations.
10. Authorities are conducting further investigations into the Ahuja family’s criminal activities.
