The latest drama involves a hefty sum of Rs. 1 crore 32 lakh and the notorious criminal Chhota Rajan’s name being thrown around. The complainant, Mushtaq Shabbir Momin, has accused Agarwal and his accomplice Jaspreet Singh Rajpal of making some serious threats.
The whole mess started with a land dispute in the Brahma County Society, where Agarwal and Rajpal clashed with another party. Momin was brought in to mediate and was promised a handsome fee of Rs. 1.5 crore for his services. However, things took a dark turn when Agarwal and Rajpal allegedly refused to pay the remaining amount and resorted to threats.
According to Momin, Agarwal even mentioned having connections with Chhota Rajan and threatened him with dire consequences. The police are now on the case, investigating these serious allegations.
