Get ready, because starting in the first week of February, they’ll be issuing property cards for around 12,000 properties in Kharadi.
But wait, there’s more! The team has already wrapped up the survey, measurement, and mapping of a whopping 700 hectares of land in the area. And get this – they’ve been using some seriously high-tech gear like ETS machines, rover devices, and drones to get the job done. The maps have now been handed over to the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) for further processing.
Once the PMC gets their hands on those maps, it’s go time. A squad of 60 Deputy Superintendents will swoop in to check on ownership rights between 7th and 8th February.
