- The brave officers involved in the raid, including Police Inspector Sudarshan Gaikwad and Assistant Police Inspector Nitin Kumar Naik, were patrolling the Mundhwa Koregaon Park Road when they decided to act on the information provided by Patil. - The raid went down at a vacant plot owned by someone named Shah in Mundhwa, where the suspects were caught red-handed with the illegal substances. Looks like their plans went up in smoke!
- The two individuals arrested in connection with the drug bust have been identified as Pramod Sudhakar Kamble, hailing from Karmala, Solapur, and Vishal Datta Parkhe, a resident of Vishrantwadi, Pune. Looks like they won’t be enjoying their freedom for a while.
- Both Kamble and Parkhe have been booked under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, so they might want to start thinking about their defense strategies.
- The entire operation was carried out under the watchful eyes of some top brass, including Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar and Joint Commissioner of Police Ranjan Kumar Sharma. It’s good to see such a coordinated effort in the fight against drug trafficking.
- The team responsible for the successful raid was led by Police Inspector Sudarshan Gaikwad, who was supported by a group of dedicated officers including Azad Patil, Mayur Suryavanshi, and Disha Khewalkar. Teamwork makes the dream work, right?
