This has resulted in an income of Rs 5.69 crore, with an average daily income of Rs 18.68 lakh. The newly opened Ruby Hall Clinic to Ramwadi route has been particularly popular, attracting a significant number of daily passengers.

Different digital platforms are being used by passengers to buy metro tickets, with 20 per cent purchasing tickets through digital kiosks, six per cent through ticket vending machines, 18.8 per cent through WhatsApp, 9.17 per cent through mobile apps, and 13 per cent through Mahametro cards. This shows the increasing reliance on digital technology for everyday transactions.
